Are all your candles handmade?

Yes — every candle is individually hand-poured and decorated by hand in our small home studio in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What materials do you use?

We use premium natural soy wax for most candles, and select designs are made with pure beeswax or a soy–beeswax blend. All decorations are safe for candle use.

How long do your candles burn?

Most of our pieces burn between 25 to 60 hours, depending on size and style.

Can I order wholesale?

Yes — we offer wholesale through our verified Faire storefront with 50% off your first order, free shipping for one year, and Net 60 terms.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Processing is 3–5 business days in regular season and 4–10 during peak holidays. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund it right away.

Are your candles safe to burn?

Yes — our candles are safe to burn. Trim the wick to ¼ inch, don't burn more than 3 hours at a time, keep away from drafts and flammable items, and never leave unattended.
