We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

Processing time

  • Regular season: 3–5 business days to hand-make and pack your order.

  • Peak holidays (Christmas, Easter): 4–10 business days.

  • The exact timeframe for your order is shown at checkout.

Delivery time

  • Transit times depend on USPS/UPS and your location.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

🔁 Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Candles must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund for the product price.

Damaged in transit? Please email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery so we can help with a replacement or refund.
